CLIENT: ENROLLMENT COMMUNICATIONS
ROLE: GRAPHIC DESIGNER
Yield in college admissions refers to the percentage of students who choose to enroll in a particular college or university after being offered admission. During this phase of the recruitment cycle, when students are trying to make their final decision in choosing a college, it is our goal to help make that decision easier by staying in touch and highlighting Miami’s strengths. Miami’s yield communications meet students where they are in a number of ways: through email communications, print brochures, and a digital/social media campaign.
What’s really fun about this part of the cycle is that we are speaking with an audience that is very familiar with Miami; in most cases, they’ve visited campus at least once, received a variety of previous communications from us, and are starting to picture themselves as a Miami student. I worked with the Director of Creative Services and an editor to continue the look of the primary print communications into a digital and social media campaign.
