In 2023 we attended the National Recreation and Parks Association (NRPA) Annual Conference, an annual event that brings in the attendance of thousands of park and recreation professionals. With our existing brand visuals and messaging, our presence at the event did not generate the engagement and leads we were targeting.

In 2024, our creative team made a significant push to update the overall brand and creative direction of the Daxko non-profit brand, which impacted all digital, print, and event design for the non-profit space. I was the lead designer on the 2024 NRPA event collateral, which included our overall booth presence, pre-event email communications, organic and paid social media, speaker session presentation decks, team apparel and giveaway swag, and a scheduled post-event webinar.

As a result of the improved event branding, we saw close to an 1800% increase in leads generated from booth attendance, a 200% increase in opportunities sourced, and a 50% increase in pipeline revenue sourced for that month.
